Who processes the data

What data we process

Account data: email, password (stored only as a hash) and two-factor authentication settings
Orders and invoices. Card data is processed by Stripe; we do not store it.
Test authorisation: time of signing, IP address and version of the wording
Technical data about tested domains and findings from tests

Why and on what basis

Performance of a contract: providing the ordered service
Legal obligation: accounting and taxes
Legitimate interest: platform security and prevention of misuse

Who receives the data

Our subprocessors: Cloudflare, Stripe, Hostinger, the AI model provider and the invoicing system. The list and terms are in the data processing agreement. Client data is not sent to Chinese models.

How long we keep data

Test outputs for 90 days. Accounting documents [DOPLNIŤ: statutory period]. Account data until the account is closed, and afterwards only to the extent the law requires.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Write to us at info@explai.eu.

Complaints

You can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
